Christopher's History
Christopher was born on October 6th, 2002, under the name Christianna Rosialee Bryant. He was born in Grant Medical Center in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. By the age of two he was singing and dancing around the living room of his home. He could sing better than he could speak. Fast forward a few years at the age of five he would pound on coffee bins with chopsticks creating beats for him to sing and rap along to. Christopher's father while not often in the picture influenced him and his natural love for music. When Christopher entered second grade he didn't feel like the other girls in his classroom. He attempted for years to mimic the women around him but he didn't feel quite right, he felt like a boy. By fourth grade Christopher was doing "Rap Battles" using written lyrics or verses from other rappers, he was never the best freestyle rapper at least not when others were around. When writing a song Christopher would "freestyle" as best as he could while recording then write what he said down add to it, and edit till he was comfortable with it. He constantly writes, re writes, and edits lyrics. He has lost hundred even thousands of lyrics because of broken or damaged devices. His fourth grade year was the first year he ever successfully preformed a rap at his school talent show he preformed a song by Christian Beadles called "Yes I Can ". Christopher had sang in his talent show before, in his second grade year he sang a song from the Cheetah Girls One World Soundtrack titled "What If ". In his third grade year he tried out for the talent show with the song "Ice Ice Baby " By Vanilla Ice but didn't make it into the talent show due to how fast he rapped the song. He got nervous and completed the four minute song in about a minute. His natural love for music is what gave him the courage to try out the following year in the talent show, he made it through and preformed with his friend a the time who is a dancer. In fifth grade Christopher preformed in the school talent show again once again preforming "Yes I Can ", he also acted for his first time in a play that he wrote about anti bullying. In sixth grade Christopher preformed "Dial Tone " by Christopher Miles a rapper with the same name that encouraged him to continue rapping. By seventh grade Christopher was acting in every school play and he once again preformed in his school talent show doing a mix of some of his favorite Chris Miles verses and freestyles on the instrumental for "Dial Tone ". This mix included first "Dial Tone" followed by Chris Miles' opener for when he walked on stage "They Be Like Christopher " and ending with Miles' freestyle from his interview with Shade 45 cutting the instrumental halfway through. This performance had a crazy crowd and boosted Christopher's confidence. This school year (2016 - 2017) Christopher plans on preforming a song that he has written for the very first time, after his last years performance going so well he hopes the crowd will enjoy what he has written for them. In his seventh grade grade year he finally came out to his family about the feelings he had since second grade, he told them that he was transgender that he would prefer to be called Christopher Ross Bryant and that he was also pansexual. After Christopher came out his father wanted even less to do with him. The rest of his family and friends are adjusting, his peers use the right pronouns, and name also the school agreed to change his name in the computer system. He is living his life happier, and he continues to work toward his goals.
